Terms & Conditions
- Proof of Purchase: Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase for any warranty or support claims.
- Warranty Coverage:
- Refurbished/Used Devices: Software - 6 months warranty; Hardware - 3 months limited warranty.
- New Devices: 12 months manufacturer warranty.
- Battery: 1 month limited warranty (battery performance may reduce over time).
- Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid/water damage, power surges, physical damage, normal wear and tear, or accessories such as chargers, keyboards, screens, and storage drives.
- Returns & Exchanges: All products are tested before delivery. Once accepted, goods are not eligible for return. However, any issue reported within 24 hours of delivery will be assessed.
- Warranty Conditions: Warranty will be void if the warranty seal/sticker is removed, tampered with, or if repairs are done by unauthorized persons.
